    injection questions

    is it ok to inject in middle delt with 22g 1 inch needle?

    Depends on how big your delts are, but i dont see a problem with it....1" is pretty standard for the delts, maybe a 5/8" if you are really low bf

    In my opinion 5/8 is not deep enuff for shoulder...1 inch is standard...5/8 would be more suitable for rear delt, tricep etc.

    That is why i said if you are low bodyfat....but 1" is standard.....
