Help with cycle (Sustanon and anadrol)
This is what i have.....
15 amps of Sustanon (Total of 3250 mg)
2 amps of Pregnyl - HCG (Total of 10.000 IU)
50 tabs of Anadrol (Total of 2650 mg)
40 tabs Nolvadex 20 mg
can someone make me a chart on how they would do this cycle ???
heres what someone told me (although it doesnt add up to the same amount of gear that i have)
Week 1 - 1x susta per week - 1 tab anadrol per day
Week 2 - 1x susta per week - 1 tab anadrol per day
Week 3 - 1x susta per week - 1 tab anadrol per day
Week 4 - 2x susta per week
Week 5 - 2x susta per week
Week 6 - 2x susta per week
Week 7 - 1x susta per week - 1 tab anadrol per day
Week 8 - 1x susta per week - 1 tab anadrol per day
Week 9 - 1x susta per week
Week10 - 1x susta per week
Week11 - 1x susta per week
Week12 - 1x solution pergnyl per week
Week13 - 1x solution pergnyl per week
this equals
14 amps of sustanon
35 anadrol
2 pregnyl
any suggestions ??

Im a little guy .... im at 172lbs 5'11" tall
I have done my share of cycles.... I used to be bigger (bout 200lbs) but i started fighting and i fought at 155lbs for like 7 years....
anyway i wanna get big again..... im done fightin for a livin....

Sust 1 a week is useless IMO. Should be shot EOD w/c means you need more gear bro.

If you have done 8 cycles you should have a good idea how a cycle is planned and designed, the one you have shown us looks like a novice as wrote it out, are you for real 1 sus a week?
If its true that you have done 8 cycles i would do alot more research before starting another one, sorry to be blunt but it just doesnt read right...doesnt matter how many sus you have you havent got enough for a cycle, so either get more or dont do one. Also the drol is all over the place, this reads like a complete newbie question to be fair....

well it was the people that sold the gear to me that wrote that out... i had different ideas... THATS why i came here to ask opinions......
soooo please tell me what a good cycle with the amout of geaqr that i have is..... or write me out one (even if id have to get more)... or something constructive.... if you know....

Honestly, you should keep gaining natty for a while and then think of a decent cycle.
I understand that youve done many in the past, but if they were anything like that, they probably didnt do what they could have.
No offense, most old school guys dont like the new ideas nowadays.
But were all here to learn.
Why dont you post up your diet, let some people take a look at it, and we go from there...

My diet prolly isnt the best....
8am 2 cups oatmeal 1 bagel Grapfruit juice
10-1030 am 2Chicken breast's 1 cup brown rice
1pm turkey breast sandwich
3pm workout
4pm post workout shake
8pm dinner- steak or chicken breast and spinach
thats pretty much it..... i know not so good... but i need all kinda suggestions and advice... thats why im here....

i need the amount of calories you get daily from this diet and the macros if you can, if you really want to bulk on this cycle i would say 4000cal minimum would work well, though you will gain some fat but it's easier to lose fat than gain muscle so that shouldn't be a problem

wheres the protein, you need protein at EVERY MEAL, 2c of oatmeal before or after cooking? add 8-10 egg whites and cut the juice and bagel

bulking you can get away with this IF you use whole wheat bread and load up on turkey, 50-60g of protein worth

2 scoops ultimate nutrition whey protien
2 teaspoons peanut butter

not bad, i would add some healthy fats in here like peanut butter or fish oil, some cottage cheese would work well too
I eat fish oil pills and ill get the cottage cheese....

There is a diet section in this forum, please go and check out the bulking diets and get a feel of putting together what types of foods go with growing cycles, get a more of a understanding about macros and eating over maintenance.
Forget what your source tells you what to do, because its simple he doesn't have any idea and to be fair you should know this with 8 cycles under your belt.
I get the feeling all you need is a sus and drol cycle putting together, but honestly you should first check out the diet section understand foods abit more and then come back and post your diet,stats and previous cycle history and ask away....we will help you as much as possible but we can't breast feed you all the way, you are going to have to do some research yourself and show us your listening whats the right way...

and research.... well thats what im doing and ive been reading lots of stuff... i just though that you guy's would have more of i realistic insight on what i should do.........
but i have gotten some help and some people that just put you down for not knowing what to do... thats why im asking.... makes sense ??

^^^ Youre not ready... Keep asking Phate for help on that diet, thats ALWAYS the first step.
And btw, Silver's post is close, Sust is best shot ED to keep blood levels as stable as possible EOD at minimum.
Also, 50mgs of Drol is kinda low. Not bad, but a little low.

Start reading on how to design a correct cycle, learn the doses you plan to take, design yourself a cycle and PCT. Nothing else should really be said. After you have figured it out come back propose what you plan to do and we will see if you are GTG or no.

Its up to you when you think you are.
My advice is to stay on that diet Phate has helped you with for 3-6 months.
Maybe start a log in the members section. That way you, along with others can track your results.
Post pics every 2 or 3 weeks and see how far you have come.
Perhaps by then, you should be on your way to begin a cycle.
While youre doing so, use your time to read up as much as possible. Ask questions and learn. You can also take those 6 months to tweak your diet to perfection, as well as plan your cycle and PCT to the T.

i like your attitude, most people read that they have to diet for 3-6 months and don't have the dedication to do it, trust me, you can do alot with just diet
for example, a couple years ago i was 240lbs at 40-45%bf(that's my estimate), i had heart complications(almost had to have surgery) and was on the verge of developing diabetes
i started reading up on diet and dieted down to 180lbs at 12-14%, then started bulking and am now at around 200lbs-20010lbs(depending on water and amount of food in my stomach) at around 14%, all from diet and exercise
anyway, because you are willing to put in the work i'm willing to help you as much as possible, so feel free to pm me with any questions you have(or you can start another thread) and if your diet gets boring or problems come up i'll do what i can to help you work around them

50mg is low. I started my first drol/test cycle 6 days ago and started the dose at 75mg.

So far it's been a week and I feel okay. Gains are not as crazy as I thought and sides are very manageable. I'll probubally bump it to 100mg soon and keep it there for the remainder.

WOW thats crazy... i did 50mgs a day for a month and gained 30lbs...(A loooong time ago) i was doin it with cyp....
I cant imagine doin more than that.... crazy....
