    Help with Clen Cycle

    After reading alot about clen and reading perfectbeast's faq i came up with a cycle for you guys to check out because im a newbie. I have taken no previous cycles but i want to shed some weight. Please tell me if this is a good cycle especially since i want to start off low to make sure no bad side effects from the beginning. Also im using the benadryl method

    Wk 1: 20/20/40/40/60/60/80 Total= 320mcg

    Wk 2: 80/100/100/100/100/100/100 Total= 680mcg

    Wk 3: 100/100/100/100/100/100/100 Total= 700mcg (Take 50mg Benadryl every night)

    Wk 4: 120/120/120/120/120/120/120 Total= 840mcg

    Wk 5: 120/120/120/120/120/120/120 Total= 840mcg

    Wk 6: 120/120/120/120/120/120/120 Total= 840mcg (Take 50mg Benadryl every night)

    Wk 7: 100/100/100/100/100/100/100 Total= 700mcg

    Wk 8: 100/100/100/100/100/100/80 Total= 680mcg

    Wk 9: 80/60/60/40/40/20/20 Total= 320mcg (Take 50mg Benadryl every night)

    Total = 5920mcg.... Bottle: 30mL 200mcg/mL

    Age: 19
    Weight: 225
    Height: 5'11
    Diet: 1.5g protein per lb of body weight, low carbs, no dairy, tuna, chicken, fish, i eat pretty healthy with a lot of protein
    Training experience: Started at the gym when i was 16 worked out for 2 years had a sports injury and gained alot of weight went back to the gym to shed it off
    Goals: Want to get down to 185 then start bulking

    I understand that i need to work hard and watch my diet and i am planning on doing it but i heard alot of great things when adding clen to this equation and wanted to give it a try

    I have a diet i just didnt post what i eat everday i can if it is relevant i just gave a general idea.. Should i post a more detailed diet for you to evaluate if i should take clen ?
