Diet: 1.5g protein per lb of body weight, high carbs, no dairy, tuna, chicken, fish, i eat pretty healthy with a lot of protein
Training experience: Started at the gym when i was 16 worked out for 2 years had a sports injury and gained alot of weight went back to the gym to shed it off
Goals: Want to get down to 185 then start bulking
I understand that i need to work hard and watch my diet and i am planning on doing it but i heard alot of great things when adding clen to this equation and wanted to give it a try
