Hey peeps,

So i have a question about Gyno.. Cant seem to find any answers out there... Anyone know if you can get aggrevated gyno without itchy or painfull nipz? Ive always had gyno in my left boob, and when on cycle I can feel the lump kinda get a bit bigger ive been taking nolva but anyways, point is, can someone's gyno keep growing without them noticing any side effects such as the itchy/burn pain thing?

lol not really what I was asking, sorry lol, What I was asking is, can it get worse without the itchy nips or pain lol, like wake up one day, "shoot i got boobs" kinda thing

Yes it can, you can get the lump without the itchy/sore nipples
