Beginner Needing Advice
I was wanting to use a cycle to help harden my body. I was a fat kid growing up and ended up in the military. I still have some bodyfat that I'm wanting to get rid of, mainly around the gut. The bad thing is, I know I have to do a drug test (pretty sure a piss test) over the summer.
I'm 6'1, 205 lbs est 15% bf
My goal is to drop down to 185 by the summer.
Diet:
Breakfast:
3-4 hard boiled eggs, no yellows
Bowl of Mini Wheats cereal with skim milk
Lunch:
usually chicken and rice
Dinner:
Tuna Salad, 2 pieces wheat bread
Pre workout:
Black Powder
Postworkout:
ON Protein, 5gs Creatine
I'm shifting my workout to a more cardio based workout. I'm going to spend a couple weeks in the mountains doing body weight exercises and running the hills.

As far as your bf% and droppping that, it is going to be diet orientated. I htink your diet could use some work as your not getting nearly enough protein/carbs/fats per day from what you posted. Eating more frequently in protein enriched meals and sticking to complex carbs will help you with LBM. Basic rule of thumb i like to follow for meals is protein/carbs or protein/fat, dont mix the 2. but if your looking for AAS, they are not the answer for you.

The fastest and best way to lose weight and harden up is boxing in my opinion.
I went from 216 to 190 in 3 months. You will probably do better than
that.
Also, most drug tests test for "recreational drugs" not steroids . But in my opinion
you don't need steroids to achieve your goals.
Also your diet seems to be lacking. Your BMR is about 2100 calories a day. I don't see
it from the food your eating currently.

While boxing is a great way to get in shape, I find simply doind intense cardio in the morning before eating the most effective bf destroyer.
