Another PCT question from newbie

I keep thinking I have my plan ready to go but a thread will pop up that makes me second guess myself. I am ready to order the following but want to make sure this is a good starter cycle. This will be my jump to the dark side.

Test E 250mg/ 16 amps
I plan to run 250mg every 5 or 6 days for 12 weeks. Every 6 days puts me at 350 mg per week and every 6 days puts me at around 300 mg per week. I will go every five days if my shipment comes in without any damage. I will go every 6 days if I problems with a few amps. Now for my PCT. This is what I was ready to go with...
Nolva - 20/20/20/20
Clomid - 50/50/25/25

I read a long thread today saying that you do not need to take Nolva and Clomid together. Is this true? I put my PCT plan together based on a few sticky posts in the PCT forum. I have also been told to get A-dex but others say is not necessary for your first cycle. I need help! Ready to place first order but need help with my PCT.

Age - 40
Weight - 204
BF - 16%
Height 6'1"

You should shoot Test E every 3.5 days. 500mg/week is a good starting point. 300mg of enanthate is a low dose when factoring in the ester weight.

pct sounds fine to me. Would probably add adex during the cycle at 0.25mg ed since your bodyfat is a little on the high side, this should keep estro levels under control.

Also, how much are you looking to gain on this cycle? If you really wanna see some changes, most people run 250mg twice a week, injections mon & thurs, for 12 weeks. But each to their own, I´m sure if you eat enough you will gain on 300mg per week.

You are looking good. Eat, eat, eat, train, train, rest.

Shoot 250mg Mon/Thurs -- this is your best bet.

You could use either Nolva or Clomid, one or the other, but both will be fine also.

Adex on hand .25mg/day would be handy to keep gyno away, water, etc.

Both are needed...

Otherwise i agree with everyone above.

Also lowering your bf% before you begin your cycle would be a good idea.

i prefer to use both in pct, each serves a purpose

250 every 5 days is good man,, every 3.5 days is optimal but in the grand scheme of things its not gonna make a huge diff. ur pct looks fine.

Do you see any downside to running adex daily during my cycle? Sounds like it could help since my BF% is a little high

i am currently runnin .5mg eod because my face was bloating up a bit.

i run adex/ldex through all mine..

Can you find adex or ldex at research companies? What name should I be looking for on their site?
