VAR Plus Creatine?

Can you take Creatine before workouts if you are taking 20mg - 60mg VAR 10 every morning? Will there be any interactions or sides?

How about adding HGH Extreme (deer extract) to the equation nightly? I've been taking HGH nightly, although it gets quite expensive, I've noticed significant increase in my ability to focus and my activity levels have jumped a little bit. I've also been on a good high protein/low car diet and have been exercising with 30 mins of cardio and weight lifting three nights a week and several hours on the weekdays. I just want to add Anavar to the mix and Creatine.

Any advice on an efective but safe dosage of all three? (Anavar, Creatine, HGH)

HGH extreme sounds like crap to me but I honestly know nothing about it. You can mix supps with steroids . That HGH extreme is in no way like HGH dont waste your money.

Good point. The HGH deer extract I take is about $75 for a 30-day supply and comes in a small bottle with a dropper. I place 10 drops under my tongue and hold it there for about two minutes and then swallow. It tastes aweful but I'm used to it now, and I can feel it enter my blood stream immediately, and I have a jolt of energy all day.

What oral HGH should I get? I don't really want to inject any.

There is no such things as oral HGH it is all fake.

There are many gimmicks out there trying to cash in on the success of real HGH. Just save your cash for supps like vits, bcaa caps, iso and casein protein etc.

Deer extract hgh?? Thats new to me... Also be aware to find HGH that is for humans. Seen and heard of people use horse growth hormone . It won't work. Be careful

Haha...that's classic. Thanks for the feedback. It's obvious to you all by now that I'm a new member. I was that skinny guy that finally filled in about three years or so ago. I am getting my bf% down and I am feeling great, but I want quick results with minimal sides.
