    1st Cycle - Test C

    This is a question regarding the effectiveness of Test C.

    Here are my pre-cycle stats after training regularly for about 4 years now;

    Height: 5’5
    Weight: 153lbs
    Body Fat: 9.5%
    Age: 23

    My diet is about 3500 calories per day with about 200grams of protein.

    I have been on Test C (300mgs every 3.5 days) going on my 4th week now (7 shots) and I have only put on a 4 pounds so far. I have noticed a bit of a strength gain, but that could also be attributed to the placebo effect.

    I still have 7 more weeks on cycle, so I was wondering if this is normal, or whether I should be seeing some more drastic changes at this stage?

    Results are an indivdual thing, not everyone achieves the same goals, your in your 4th week and the cyp hasn't reached peak yet, it takes up to 5 weeks to be running at peak and fully kicking. If anything I would up the calories and feed the gear more.

    Also like my self being 5.3 or 5.5 you will never gain the same numbers that the taller guys gain.

    If you put on 5 8 pounds it looks like 15 20 on a big guy.

    And yes give it time to really kick into effect. Also you may need a few more Kcal.

    Give it a bit mroe time cyp takes 4-6 weeks to peak.

    write out your diet in detail, amounts and such and i'll critique it for you

    lets try upping the diet a bit and giving the gear some more time to kick in

    My diet consists of the following;

    11am – 8 eggs (1 yolk) / 2 scoops of weight gain shake w/ water

    2pm - 0.2kgs of chicken w/ rice or potato’s and vegetables

    4pm - 2 scoops of weight gain shake w/ water

    630pm - 2 scoops of weight gain shake w/ water / banana

    7pm - Train

    845pm - 2 scoops of weight gain shake w/ water

    930pm - 0.5kgs rump steak w/ pasta and vegetables or 0.5kgs of beef tortellini or
    0.35kgs of chicken w/ pasta and vegetables

    1230am – apple w/ cereal

    130am - 2 scoops of weight gain shake w/ water

    cut the weight gainer, add 1cup oatmeal(measured uncooked)

    this isn't a meal, try 8-10 egg whites, 2-3 egg yolks and 1cup of oatmeal
    130am - 2 scoops of weight gain shake w/ water
    cottage cheese50g of protein worth and a good fat source, natty pb is a good choice
