    My next cycle right away.

    hello guys, im 24 i just completed my first cycle, i started at 130 and now im at 140, i gained 10 pounds and now im benching 50 pounds on each side of the bar i started at 25, i was taking 2CCs of sustanon on mondays and 1CC of bouldamon on fridays, my question is, i feel really good, should i take a 3 month break, or jump into deca on mondays and 300Mil of test on fridays, the only side effect ive felt is numb hands at night time while sleeping and ive gotten big.

    I lost count of how many reasons you shouldn't be using steroids in just your first post.

    years training ive been working out hardcore for about 4 months
    what was your pct? i dont know what that is

    : / i started doing steroids because ive tried all kind of weight gain diets and they dont work with me, this is the first time ive seen change.

    You really need to forget steroids . Spend some time reading the vast amount of information on this board. What you are doing is dangerous. Your health is at serious risk.

    i eat 2 peanut butter sandwiches in the morning, and 10 i drink a glass of muscle milk with a jam and cheese sandwich, at 1:00 i go to lunch usually fast food place, most of the time it involves meat and i stuff my self, when i leave work at 4:00 before working out i drink another muscle milk and after i work out i drink another muscle milk, then at 7:00 i eat dinner usually chicken or fish with rice beans potatoes and what not, and before going to bed i usually have snack.

    if you guys think i shouldnt be juicing let me know why, im looking for advice sorry i cant be more informative.

    brox you aren't the first and I am sure you won;t be the last, but you have your focus in the wrong place. The way you eat is the most important part of this thing hands down. THE MOST IMPORTANT. more so than your work out routine and your steroid choices. Spend some time reading the diet section first, then progress to the work out forum, then study what compounds will work for you, and once you have gotten on the road to eating well, and working out right, then you will most likely see that you are progressing better than the results you have seen for the first, uh, 'cycle' you have done. Good luck, and stay away from AAS by any means necessary, until you have the rest of your game in place.

    reason 1- You are tiny and need to gain naturally before juicing
    reason 2- You were incorrectly injecting the steroids in your last cycle
    reason 3- you are propsing a cycle right after a cycle
    reason 4- you likely did no pct
    reason 5- your diet is aweful
    reason 6- you are still brutally small and weak after your first cycle

    You should be asking why you should juice. Not if we think you shouldn't

    Ok you have a lot to learn. You know as much as a 2 year old when it comes to diet.

    honestly the only reason i juiced is because im really tired of being so skinny, i dont think my diet its the best, i do what i can, ive tried to follow other diets online and they dont seem to work, a friend of mine recomended that cycle and yeah i guess i was dumb to listen to him, anymore advice u guys have ill welcome it.

    first off your diet is HORRIBLE, you really need to research diet(i'll provide you some links at the end of this post)

    diet is 80-90% of your gains, trust me, i'm still natural, about your height, and about 60-70lbs heavier than you

    next, your "cycle" was not only bad, but dangerous, if i read it right you only injected sust once a week and eq once a week, not good bro, sust needs to be injected every day or every other day at most to keep stable blood levels(i'll explain in more detail if you like later)

    pct is essential after cycle, it stands for Post Cycle Therapy and is what we use to bring our natural testosterone production back after a cycle, btw, injecting AS normally completely suppresses your natural production

    here are some threads to research, read then ask questions and we'll be happy to help you to start your journey(and bodybuilding is definitely a journey) safely

    read on diet first and propose a diet, then we'll critique it for you, THIS IS PARAMOUNT AND MUST BE DONE FIRST

    PCT for that cycle:

    Nolva/Clomid should suffice I like to use aromasin as well. Run them for 4 weeks.

    OK so i can see your just lost and need direction.

    Big has posted a few thread for you. You need to spend time in the diet form. Read what you can first. The when you have questions post them up and ask. You will find people will be much more willing to help if they see your trying to help your self.

    This is what a real diet looks like.

    Do not try and follow this diet for it is not correct for your. It is simply and sample for you to see how involved they are.

    TRAINING DAYS

    Wait 1.5 hours to eat after your PWO shake
    Try and space all other meals 3 hrs apart

    MEAL 1
    10 egg whites
    80 grams oat meal ( dry weight)
    6 fish oil gel caps

    MEAL 2

    6 oz of either chicken, turkey, beef, fish
    7 oz sweet potato
    6 fish oil gel caps

    MEAL 3

    6 oz of either chicken, beef, turkey, fish
    150 grams of either cooked lentils or barley
    6 fish ol gel caps

    Meal 4

    Repeat # 2

    Meal 5

    Repeat # 3

    Meal 6
    6 oz fish with salad ( oil & vinegar dressing)
