    cycles?

    hi guyes. (New here). before i start im amazed to find this forum for the information you guyes can give.

    i have started training again, and would like some info on cycles, ive read post on the forum for starter cycles but am strugling to understand how to read them. about 10years ago i was taking steroids . witch pretty much consisted of 10ml of deca a week and then would take 10ml sustanon or 10ml testaviron with it per week, sumtimes with pinkstars forget what they where. your knowledge for a ...well first timer would be greatly appreciated.

    i dont get it. like i said its been like ten years and im dyslexic so bear with me 10ml is that not what is in 1 ampual?
    and whats a hos post?

    Generally its like 1ml per amp...

    10mls is like a vial...

    10ml god thats a lot of gear. Only messing m8
    An amp is normally 1ml or 2ml. I'm guessing you mean 1 amp a week which is no where near enough especially when running deca or sus, and the pink stars are anabol 5mg.

    im not finding any humor in the post but maybe im just overly tired...anyways, as you guys can see he just got back into training and obviously doesnt know much about AAS. Lets first get some stats from you and a bit of your past history on training.
