Deca - Sustanon Cycle

Hi Everyone,
It’s been a while since I am not in touch, well I am planning to get back to shape and have organised some good gear. i.e. Deca, Sustanon, Nolvadex, Proviron, and clomid.:wg::wg::wg:

Also for cutting I can organise T4 and clen.
All you respected senior/experianced members can you please advice if my plan of action is good enough to get the best results

Basic Info:

Age: 28
Weight: 185.1883 lbs/ 84 kgs
Bf: around 18- 20%
Training background: On and off from last 10 years
Recent Training: none from 4-5 months (Last hardcore training was 1.5 yr back)
Goals: To gain back 4 kgs of muscle, Gain back strength and eventually cut up with less than 10% bf( also loose 12 kgs of Fat)

My Plan of Action (Please advice on it, honest criticism accepted)
Go Natural for about 3-4 Months, first 2 for getting the hang of it, next 2 to push little hard.

Cycle commence after 4 months: -

Training during the Cycle
First 4 weeks: Increasing strength, High Intensity, Less reps.
Week 5 Onwards: Advanced Training, 10-12 reps, and 30 mins cardio Ed
Week 12 Onwards: Lesser sets, cardio 30 mins ED


Any advise is highly appriciated

bump for critique

i may have misunderstood your cycle pic, but that is all over the place.
get reading.

You could do a web search for steroid cycles and never find one that is as bad as the cycle in that chart.

Your deca dosage is too low and inconsistent. Your test. dosage is all over the place,
missing some weeks then pyramiding up then down.

Improper use of nolvadex and proviron.

I don't know where to begin.

^^^ The above poster hit it right on the head. That cycle is a mess. I don't even know who designed that or what the hell the purpose of one week of nolva and clomid is for during the cycle.

Better option:
wk 1-14: Sus 150mg eod
wk 1-12: Deca 200mg 2x a week

And no Nolva on cycle with a 19-nor (Deca) as it will stimulate the progesterone receptors which deca does as well (deca does NOT aromatize)

Anyway your cycle is way outta whack and your bf is probably too high to begin anyway. How tall are you btw

To say deca DOES NOT aromatize is false...it does just at a slower and lower rate....anyway the cycle as been posted is terrible so do some research and read.

Yes your right I thinking in higher doses though as it doesn't aromatize like test

I realised the dosage was probably too low in the first example. but please keep in mind it would be my 2nd cycle ever so do you still recommend higher dosages?
Unfortunately, I have only limited Deca (1500 mg), though I have plenty Sustanon, so if you recommend I may further increase Sustanon.
Also is it a good idea to run Thyroxin at the end? as I don't have winni or Primobolan I'll probably have to try and cut without them.:tear:

i ran this cycle and i got an incredible result.

My Heigh is 5'11"

So what you recommending is that I should run a light Deca cycle before I run the bigger Deca -Sust cycle.

that would mean in a months time I should run a 12 weeks Deca only cycle for 2 months and then break for another 3 months and then the bigger cycle? is that what's recommended?:icon_roll
