new cycle
hey guys im thinking about starting another cycle
my previous cycle was test cyp+ with a TTE blend (test e, cyp, tren e)
im 23
5'7

i recently had a month off from lifting cuz i was busy with school and other shit. But im planning to get some new gear in the new year.
I was thinking about test400 + tren e
test400 (2 shots a week 800mg) and 200 mg of a week of tren blended in each shot with test
its a lean muscle bulker but the diet is gonna be very clean
300g or protein a day 200g from shakes 100 from chicken and tuna
carbs going to be fairly low maybe 150g
what you guys think

you must of been 150lbs when you first cycled? crazy
that's kinda overboard though, 1000 a week for your 2nd cycle, but really i guess it's up to you.

1000 does seem kinda high for your second cycle. Start at 500mg a week of test and then maybee go up a little. I think you will see good results with 500mg though.

well you are pretty short, personally i would of left the tren alone but hey.
um your diet needs work, and what are you planning for pct?

Does this really say, i was off cycle anyway and couldn't really be bothered?
Are you back in the gym now? If your taking steroids and you cant find 45mins 3-4 times a week to train then IMO you shouldn't be doing steroids.

no when im on cycle im at the gym 4-6 times a week for hour - hour and half each time..
so whats wrong with my diet??
i dont wanna load on carbs. so i will do more protein.
the last month i wasnt on roids. i finished my first cycle in august and kept working out till about a month ago.. so the gym situation is not a problem.. dont worry about it.. i just wanna know about the cycle itself..
ill will start off with 500 a week for 3 weeks and then dose to 800
i know buddies that have done it and they were completly fine..
my pct will be novladex 40 mg 30mg 20mg 20mg
i will have it on hand if i get signs of gyno.. but i had nothing like that
at all from the first cycle

Your diet is HORRIBLE and your cycle is OVERKILL.
First off you are trying to depend on the gear to make all your gains as most people think more = better which is false. Your gains come from the food you eat. 100grams of protein from just chicken and tuna? You serious? 200g of protein from shakes? You have a LOT of learning to do with food and how your body utilizes it. If i were you i would hold off on wasting your money and keep reserching on how to eat properly first.

Dude your diet is absolutely terrible! Over 60% of your protein is coming from shakes no wonder you are only 150lbs. Learn to eat right before you do anything.

so how the hell am i suppose to eat.. my previous cycle i gained 25 lbs and lost max 5lbs from it so i guess i did something wrong.. all i wanna know is if the cycle is typically good.. i dont need a lecture about my diet i will like this if you really want a break down
8:00 oats & 6 egg whites
10:00 chicken breast+ can of tuna
12 chicken breast + broc + brown rice
2:00 6 egg whites
4:00 chicken or tuckey breast with broc
5:00 protein shake (25 grams = 1 scoops)
6:00 lifting + protein shake right after ( 50 grams = 2 scoops)
8:00 brown bread with chicken
10:00 scoop of seamen!!! ( best protein around)

Your bmr is 1817 calories a day. The calories for the protein and carbs you listed are only
1800. You are going to be in a caloric deficient state in a big way when you add in your workouts.
Not to put too fine a point on it, your diet is horrible.
EDIT. Not referring to the above listed items, but to what you listed in your opening text.
The food items listed above are pretty typical of an anabolic diet, you need more complex carbohydrates though.Last edited by anon03191970; 12-14-2008 at 08:51 PM.

that diet is nothing like what you said at first, and i wouldn't be surprised if the first thing was true. that many shakes is pretty bad when you could eat a few pieces of meat and get a better source.
also, i agree with lats. i think your training needs some work, you shouldn't need steroids to motivate you enough to work out at all
