its always seemed to me that muscles which are used more in daily activities seem to carry a bit more pain. when using more than 14 pins a week for awhile one may want to get creative. Most people shouldn't shoot calves. Its one of my least favorite but still gets hit.

Thats the one. I had the same thing happen, I got the worst cramp and my calf locked up for about ten minutes and everytime I tried to get up and walk it would cramp up on me again. Defiantely dont want to try to work calves for a couple of days after.

You can... but it hurts like crazy. It stays sore longer than any other spot in my experience.

you should be able to get by with just glutes and shoulders with those 2 compounds mixed together.
