    Thanks for the help in the last couple days guys.

    Seriously. I asked a question about orals and everyone was awesome in walking me through the situations and what I should do. I have decided to go with injectable only first.
    Finding the shit is impossible in my local gyms but I am trying hard. So that could be the problem. Online is filled with some serious ****ing scams.

    Since its my first time if anyone wants to give me a good cycle that would be awesome too.

    Weight 260
    BF-not sure. Higher range probably.
    First cycle.
    Background of adult hairloss so something that doesn't hammer what I have left would rock.

    My desire is to pack on a good amount of weight for this first cycle.

    Well anyway thank you everyone. Its a good group of people actually helping and worrying about the health of others.

    Dude if your bf% is high then get your diet in order before you do a cycle. Also don't talk about getting gear, you set yourself up for being scammed even from people on here.

    yeah that round about asking for steroids won't get you any closer.

    but if your bf is high, cycling won't help. and if its high it means your diet isn't in order, which will only be more pronounced if you cycle without fixing it.

    And thank you for the warning. Didn't even think of that.
    Want it very bad, can't find it easily.
    Just like a hot but normal chick.

    What does your diet and training look like? You're already 260lbs how big do you want to be? Get your diet right and get to a lower weight, cut the bodyfat before doing a cycle.

    I dont think anyone is gonna put together a cycle and PCT for you bro.

    You should take the initative yourself and put them together and then post it up for us to critque.

    Also, your BF% is probably too high to begin a cycle anyway...

    Thank you. I have been looking through those for some time.
    I am going to look into a good BF% that I want to be BELOW before I do a cycle.
    Right now workout is...
    Mostly cardio...Obviously.
    2 hours 5 times a week to get my BF back into some kind of healthy level.
    Jogging mixed with boxing bag rotations for 45 second bursts. I have excellent lungs so I should be able to start taking weight off pretty quickly.

    Diet right now.

    6 meals around 2200 calories a day. Less than 15% fat, tons of protain. I am not a fan of the way I feel on carbs so I am not taking in much in the way of carbs right now.

    Again thanks all. I will pause this idea and get my diet inline and try to find a good BF% for me.

    I was thanking people, any of whom I have seen STOPPING people from taking steroids for the wrong reasons and such...not asking anyone just explaining my situation and decisions.

    Thanks though for the information here about the BF getting worse on the cycle.

    My training is all cardio to cut some weight off-

    2 hours mostly jogging and boxing classes. Pretty high intensity with very small rest times. I have excellent endurance which is probably the only thing I have going for me.

    Honestly I would LOVE to switch out maybe 30-40 of the fat pounds with the muscle weight as well as cut about 20 of just solid mass.
    I would like to be 230-240.

    Anyway I have the information I need for now. I am going to put this on hold for a month and see where I am BF% and go from there.

    Why aren't you lifting? You stimulate a lot of growth hormone and other good physiological events when you lift weights. Its great for losing weight too.

    Besides I think if you are considering cycling, you should be lifting regularly. Your body needs to be accustomed to the constant beat down.

    "Switching" 20 lbs of fat for 20 lbs of muscle is not going to happen by being a cardio bunny. It's going to happen with a combination of proper diet, a lot of lifting, and a solid cardio regiment.

    ^^^ true re lifting stimulating fat loss ...while cardio increases metabolism to a higher rate it is shorter in duration. Lifting increases metabolism less but over a much longer peroid of time due the bodies energy expended repairing muscle tissue. Even for people not looking to add muscle resistance training is essential IMO to stimulating fat loss.
