Anyone with opinions or studies/information on how much of an effect body fat percentage has on steroids bio availability/effectiveness, your input would be greatly appreciated.
I am on the verge of finally getting things tested and possibly speaking to an endocrinologist to see if I can get some type of thorough blood test to determine exactly why I am not responding well to any type of hormone, regarding muscular developmental capabilities.
I have been lifting weights for almost 10 years, and I am only 250lbs at about 20% bodyfat, 6ft, 26yrs old. I have gained only about 20-30lbs of actual muscle at the most during this time period.
I am basically going off right now, to drop as much body fat as possible and see if I can get better results when it is much lower. Of course I will also be working on what I mentioned above.
I am just extremely frustrated due to the fact that my level of knowledge and experience when it comes to weight training, is not accurately reflected on my physique what so ever and it SUCKS because I have put in so much time, effort and sacrifice to seemingly spin my wheels.
