Break's while on cycle?
Hey sorry if this is in the wrong section, but i wasn't sure whether is suited here, work-out's or injury's forum.
Anyways Iv'e been on cycle for 7 week's and am carrying a niggling shoulder pain and tendon issues in my elbow. They are not getting worst but are not improving either.
My question is, would it be suitable to have a week away from gym to allow some recovery time? How do you think this would affect my gains? I plan to continue diet as is, with exception of p/w meal.
It will be somewhat convenient for me to do over the xmas/new years week with gym's closing etc.
What do you think?

whats your cycle?
it only hurts your gains in that you won't be lifting at all. it would be best to work around it still, like do legs or light weight, something. but its not the worst thing ever

I would take a break....
a) your likely to retain more muscle taking a break on cycle then off cycle
b) you cannot train if it gets worse so would good would that do you.
c) depends on how long the cycle is tho.

Yeah the cycle is running for 11 week's, 500mg of test p/w.
Basically i'm not benching at all atm, but am still doing all other major lifts.
If taking a break would it be better to do it for a week over x-mas or at the end of the cycle?

Just give a break to the areas that you feel hurt to give them some time to recover. One week without working out chest/arms will not do much damage.

Yeah no drama's i'll take a break from crissy eve to new years. Not training the area's is hard as the elboy is really niggling, i think it may be tendonitis. Can flare up when doing pull-up's, dead's, row's, dips or even just loading up hte bar for my squats.
Hopefully a week of with good rest and solid eating will solve it.
