Planning 3rd cycle

I am planning my third cycle for the summer. I wanted to do Winstol with it to harden up and cut up. I need to order it now. What is the recommended dosage of Winstrol with Test. How much of each should I do? How long? I have read that 3 weeks at the end of your test cycle is ideal. I am assuming that 500mg of Test with 50mg of Winstrol EOD. Clen is not an option due to me being unable to handle the jitters.

1st cycle:
12 weeks of sustanon 625mg/week
PCT
4 weeks of HCG
6 weeks of Novaldex 20mg ED
4 weeks of Aromasin 12.5mg ED

Starting weight 168lb bf% 13%p
Max weight 205lb bf 11%

2nd Cycle
10 weeks of Test E 500mg/week
10 weeks HCG 200iu EOD
PCT
100mg ED Clomid
20mg ED Novaldex
25mg ED Aromasin. (all 30 days)

Starting weight 200lb bf 12%
current weight (10 days in) 207lb

The second cycles looks better...NO...winstrol is an intramuscular injection.

you need ed also.. the hl is so short it'll be down to very little by eod

50-100mgs ed for the winstrol . started cycling at 168 pounds? eegh. get yourself some oral winstrol if you are worried about injecting it. water based injections have a higher rate of abcesses as well

How much more toxic is the orals. I found an Article me on the Internet by Anthony Roberts saying that the orals are the prefered or more effective. Any thoughts?
