first cycle
Hello I am 19 years old, my height is 168cm and my body weight is 68kg. I am working out for 8-9 months. I think of having my first anabolic cycle:
Deca -Durabolin Dianabol
Week 1: 200mg 20mg
Week 2: 200mg 20mg
Week 3: 200mg 20mg
Week 4: 200mg 20mg
Week 5: 200mg
Week 6: 200mg
Week 7: 200mg
Week 8: 200mg
I want it to be a not so agressive cycle... and here are my questions which I hope you can help me with:
1. If it is my first cycle does it need testosterone or not(because the dosage of deca and dbol is kinda low) ?
2. Do I need to do any frontload or something like that I heard it is good.... ?
3. Pls help me with the PCT I don't know when to start it and what dosage of which substance to take.
4. If the cycle is not good help me with a beginner cycle.

YEA that dose would prb not shut you down but its not a good one.
Just go read the threads on here for newbies and beginner cycles,, youll get good info and then you can come back and make a new post of what you wanna do.

You are too young, too light and you dont have enough time in the gym to be even contemplating steroids . You need to get a good consistent diet and workout program going, that will give you a lot of gains without having to resort to steroids

Thanks guys for the replys. Ok I will go for Dianabol and Testosterone (not sure between enanthat and sustanon ) what do you think?

19 years old training for 6-8 months? get your diet right ...training right and for a longer period...you are IMO too young ..... do yourself a favor and take it as far as you can naturally and wait a few years before you start thinking roids....

Lordlucas, you seriously need to wait, i guarentee your diet is horrible, and diet will affect 80-90% of your gains, so that needs to be taken care of first, next you haven't been working out that long and your tendons aren't strong enough yet to accomodate the strength you will get on cycle, causing possible injury which would negate the effects of the cycle anyway, i could name about 10 other reasons you shouldn't cycle but just trust us on this

Well thanks for trying to talk me out of this, but I have more experience, these 8-9 months are since I started seriously to train at a gym where I am supervised by a trainer who also has made me a nutritional plan. I cannot complaint of my gains but since i want to go pro and even participate for starters in local bodybuilding shows I want to get my mass as fast as possible because after that is when the hard part starts: i want to have my time maturing the muscle mass for fuller, bigger, better defined muscles, also work on symmetry if it's the case...

if u want to go pro it is imperative you reach natural genetic potential before cycling ..otherwise you could be robbing yourself of your maximum limits of mass later on down the road. Hell look at the ages of the guys who are winning the olympia...they are twice your age..you have PLENTY of time ... you may regret cycling too early my friend esp in a pro career is what u have in mind. JMO ...either way good luck...

He is going to waste his money, or already did waste his money if he plans on doing this cycle right now. he knows that he should trust the opinions of this board but he is already decided not too. i am not going to leave this on a negative so i am going to say this, grats on wanting to get into shape and good luck what ever route you take
