i just got my blood work done and it says my levels are 2.19 ng/ml for my levels and the scale is out of 1.75-7.81 does that mean they are low

also my lh is 0.1

yes- very low, so low that you could go to MOST any personal care physician and get a legit script for test. He or she would probably prescribe 100 to 200mg per week or every other week, depending on how cautious they were. (with regular blood work - every 6 to 12 months)

You should jump on it now, before it goes up with a up cycle.
