First real cycle help, with test this time
23 year old
190
14% of fat
i tried alone oral anavar 2 years ago, loved it.
last year i took alone oral winstral it was ok but i wasnt into dieting and working out as i should of been but it def kept me in nice shape.
Im ready for a real cycle def. with test this time, no orals unless its pct. Can u expierenced people help me comming up with a nice cycle?
I want to bulk but i also want something that will take the water out of me at the end of cycle and cutt me a liitle for the beach. When should i start it to have time to get cut down for the summer?

im 5' 11". My deit is always preety good. Now im starting to way out all my meats and i finally learned how to play with carbs and all that good stuff. As far as training i added more cardio and lift heavy low rep with more sets. i just need help with the cycle!

Im thinking about adding eather anavar or wistrol at the end, what week would i add that in there? and what PCT should i get and for how long should i run it?

without repeating myself bro,go to the search on the forum and type pct,this will answer all your questions,Regarding cycles what works for me may not work for you etc etc..you need to decide what,how long for yourself..AS stated above though 500mg ew of test is the normal first cycle,I like 250 mg of test-e e3d for a first cycle myself but only as i have seen great results from this over the past couple of years from new users

depends which one,, anavar you can run a little longer and earlier,, winny max about 6 weeks and at end of cycle.
so if you run test 1-10 you can run winny 7-12 and then start pct on last day of winny. you need to go read pct threads

I have another dumb question. Since its my first time taking Test E what kind of results should i see? i know everyone is diff. but im sure if its your first time taking something it hits you harder.

with good diet and training,, anywhere from 15-20 pounds of good quality muscle plus fat loss

When u juice do u guys still take arginine, glutamine, l-carnitine or pre-workout supp.?
Also do u do any high cardio when taking test? or stay away from cardio?
Should I up my carbs intake when im on my cycle?
