    getting cut

    5'8''
    185lbs
Ive been working out steady for about 8 years. I have a good build just cant get cut. I lift hard 5 days a week and do mma 3-4 times a week. My diet could be better, mostly I eat chicken eggs and steak. Bread is my downfall. Is there something I could cycle to give me a cut look.

steroids dont make people cut. Diet, hard work and diet make people cut. Yes, i said diet twice, its that important. "cutting" steroids are steroids commonly used when on a "cutting" diet. These steroids dont usually promote massive weight (either water or muscle) gain, so people use them to hold onto or slightly build muscle while in a caloric deficit.

Exactly. AAS are used in a cutting cycle to keep muscle loss to a minimum and to harden the physique. The weight loss is accomplished through diet and cardio.

    my diet is:
    7:00 oatmeal
9:00 chicken and cheese wrap, yogert
12:00 steak/chicken cheese wrap, yogert, protien bar
    4:00 protien shake
    5:30 lift
    6:45-8:00 mma/cardio
8:30 protien shake/ steak/chicken and potato or rice

Is this a suitable diet. I swapped bread for wraps over the past few weeks and noticed a little weight loss.

protein bars are garbage. there packed with sugar and isnt worth the time it takes to oen them. dont consider a shake a meal, instead include one shake a day in with a meal and add another meal in there

also mate your not eating anything inbetween 4 and 830. thats 4 and a half hours doing not only nothing but u must burn, well if your training, doing cardio, and mma too, around 1400 cals im thinking.

if worse comes to worse you could throw a shake inbetween ur training and cardio, so then your bodys getting protein every 2 hours.

also do u like tuna or pasta? thats a good protein and carb source too, could add or switch them into your diet too.

Just my 50p. All the best anyhow.
