    Very pleased!!! - New PB on the Deadlift - During cutter

    220kg [484lb] for 1.

    Probably minimal compared some of the bigger guys lifts here, but for my stats this is outstanding for me.

    22yrs old
    5' 9"
    175lbs
    5-6% (Very accurate reading)

    Cutting Cycle is/was

    week 1-15 Test Prop 100mg/day
    week 1-6 Tren A 100mg/day


    I'm currently on week 12-13. By far, best cycle so far.

    Note: 2 previous cycles

    Cycle 1: Test E 500mg/wk 10 weeks

    Cycle 2: Test E 500mg/wk 10 weeks Dbol 40mg/ 5 weeks

    the 700mg ew of tren might have something to do with strenth lol....know a guy who maches test/tren like that cutting and stays real strong gets stronger...but i do a 200/100 ratio and have less sides also i use letro..im fond of test really.. tren is great but at 400+ for me i get crazy dreams and tons of sides..but everyone is diff

    Take note though, i've now been off the Tren for 4+ weeks.

    I concur with the weird dreams etc, but compared to what I had read sides were actually quite minimal.

    I remember when I use to do deadlifts....until I started getting this wierd feeling in lower spine every once in a blue moon, so I slowed down and switched to a machine instead and sure enough several months later I got hemorrhoids

    Im too scared to go back...so I just stick with machines that work the lower back, its not the same I know, but once you bleed out of your ass you really don't want to see it again.

    ^^^ lerning proper form with deadlifts is all you have to do. deadlifts is not just for lower back its a strenght, and full body excercise it makes your whole body bigger.

    It was not my form that was the problem (albeit I will admit my form could have been a little smoother) it was not breathing properly and "pushing" with the lower body too much.

    it also increases your waist width, which most bodybuilders don't like

    I always loved doing deads. I got to a max of 510lbs back when I was 19 and completely natural. I think my unusual high deadlift maybe a gift of genetics and poster I know what you mean when it comes to Tren and strength even during cutting when I did a cutting cycle with Tren my dead max went way up to 650lbs and I was doing ton of cardio and eating less than 2,000cals a day. Tren is the ultimate when it comes to cutting.

    yea but the strenth will not just leave all at once 700mg a week put some soilid on u give a few more weeks and strenth will start to drop and that hardness will begin to fade.. i always hate that part..

    The only time I hurt myself doning deadlifts was while on tren. The tren said do one more and my lower back disagreed.

    Here is a video captured this evening on mobile phone (hence quality).

    This is not 220kg, but 205kg (451lb). My legs were/are still slightly sore from Sunday's leg session and did not want to risk injury.

    220 will follow suit. And from seeing this video of myself, I can see I need some changes to my form. It looks sloppy to me.
