I'm 5'10 185lbs and just under 11%bf! I have ran test 250 e and deca 200 once before! then I guy at my gym said anadrol was the way to go with test! just wanted some good advice before i start? My diet does need a little work as I have read through this site I have got the leaning down just not the bulking! Please help on stack info?
well personally i woudnt take anadrol for free, its your choice, whats your goal, keep it simple, mass or cut? and your stats?
