What to take on cycle to get sleep?
Hello, I am currently on a prop, fina, winny, clen cycle. I am having a hell of a time trying to sleep. I usually am up until 6am on my computer and wake up around 9am. I know quality sleep is very important for muscle growth, what OTC product could I take that would put me out but not leave me groggy the next day? Or is there a prescription that my doc would write a script out for? I need something quick my cycle is waisting away.
Anyone with some GREAT ADVICE, please pm me.
Thanks,
Bigchest

Hey bro, I've had chronic insomnia for almost 2 years now. Here's some quick advice...
First of all, how late in the day is your last clen dosage? Make sure its not after 3pm, because that will effect your sleep.
Do you have a regular sleep pattern (nomally)? Try to goto bed and wakeup at the same time each day. This really helps.
Don't drink before sleeping, or eat a big meal too close to bedtime. Don't workout within 3 hours of sleeping.
As for the drugs/supps. I have gone through almost everything you can imagine. After I incorporated some of the strategies I just listed, the most important being regularization of your patterns..... I started taking 1 melatonin (3mg) 1 hour before bedtime, and then a second melatonin (3mg) 30 mins before bedtime. LIE DOWN, and watch tv /w low volume or read a magazine. Don't get too excited now, no porn mags...
I've slept great for the past couple of weeks, and this is in the peak of my cycle.

tylonel has a negative effect on protein synthesis. Look into melatonin or GHB (or GHB analogues-see GHB thread). I wouldn't go with sleep drugs. Sure, they make you fall asleep, but usually reduce REM time while sleeping, causing you to recover less.

I dont know if you should try this but this is what I do, Ive had insomnia for the last 4 yrs. I take 10 Unisom pills and three teaspoons of Nyquil, and it will knock me out in about an hour or so.

I think best way to avoid insomnia is not to eat/drink anything big or workout before sleeping..
Best time for workout in my opinnion: 3pm

as for the melatonin, i'd say take around 3-6 mg before bed, thats a normal dose, if that doesn't work try 9 mgs

I tried simply sleep and it worked good but melatonin seems to be the best choice out there. I am thinking about a nyquil/melatonin combo before bed on my rough nights. Also do not up your d-bol dosage and take a shot of gear on the same day ater 6pm. Dont take any d-bol after 6pm.Point the alarm clock away from you and out of sight.Try keeping a cold washcloth next to your bed so you can use it to cool yourself down if you get heat flashes.
The funny thing is that i need to do all of this shit only Sunday and a few Mondays a week. Then i am fine the rest of the week!!

ambien works good too, but you need a script for it or get someone who has a script. not sure if it has bad effects on the body though.

Ambien works a good. Only use it when you have to. You can become a slave to it. It should not be taken every night.

I would definitively recommend GHB or one of its analogs GBL, BD, GHV, or GVL. They mimic the natural sleep cycle. Whatever you do DO NOT go with Rx benzodiazepines, they severly hinder REM and Stages 3-4 (deep sleep). This the reason ppl feel drowsy the next they and brain fogged.
