If you cannot gain on cycle with that stack, then you certainly won't gain on PCT, you'll be lucky to maintain on PCT. You sure your gears real? also i'm assuming you do eat at least 4500 cals of quality food ED and your'e training hard, with adequate rest.

bro gains dont come over night, 6 weeks is nothing, they take 6-8 weeks to kick in and run into your system, eat right from now, and you will gain, test and deca is a proven mass cycle, im on the same cycle, not even on week two and ive gone from 62-66 kg, eat like a horse, train hard and dont give up.

If you haven't added a pound in 6 weeks (on gear or not) then either your diet, training, sleep or everything is off balance. Hell, even that long after post cycle you would expect atleast some gain with dedication.
Don't chalk it up to fake gear until atleast the 8th week, but you may want to make some changes with your routine.

Last time I checked, figure of speech means that he didn't literally mean overnight as in hours, he said 6 weeks in was "nothing". And gaining that much weight going into the second week, even in the steroid world is like overnight.

last time i checked, not everyone on this board was so literal.
also, no one really took advice seriously from someone cycling at 130 pounds
