    sustanon 250

    Hi Iv never done steriods b4 but have been lucky enuff to get my hands on 10ml of sust 250, i was thinking of taking it once a week over 6 weeks..

    im currently 64kgs and 5'7.. Iv read about the "pct" use seem to talk about but also heard from a mate that there only really nessacary after long or heavy cycles ? Do u think I will require something like this ?? please help, also how do I get my hands on them if i do need something!!?? Anyhelp would be appreciated. thank you

    or what im trying to say is what would happen if i didnt do a pct

    How old are you?
    How long have you been training?
    You haven't got enough gear,
    You dont take sus once a week, its a multi ester test,

    23yr old... bout 2.5 yrs training.. i read that pct forum but it was all a bit much and went over my head a bit, alot of it looked like it was for other type of steriod ?

    64 kg and your 5.7 thats tiny,no offence....
    bro you got alot of work to do before you even think about juicing,,
    i.e diet,,,,

    yer i know, im currently on a diet where im eating 150g protein and 3500 calories... its just shit I know!! thats why im trying to find someone who can help me a lil bit instead of trying to steer me in the wrong directions.

    If you check out the diet forum and the stickies at the top of the page you will see some example diets for bulking/cutting, also there is a ton of knowledge regarding eating the right things to put on weight. I feel this is the area you need to concentrate on before cycling...
