your always taking a chance with UGL. and alot of time there are going to be inconsistentcies. nobody can tell you if it is good or not. i would filter it at least.
Heat it up and see if it clears up.
i had ugl test e and nothing happend to me thats just my opinion but.

If your vial i already capped and crimped, there is no need to use a vent pin....Boiling the vial, will not bring it up to a hot enought temp to blow that top off, and if your vials are pyrex, which most are, then boiling it will not crack the vial either...just set paper towel or two at the bottom of the pot, and boil the vial ontop of that....
How much water are you supposed to use? And, for how long are you supposed to boil it?

Even if you put it in hot water for few minutes, wait till it clears and leave it overnight.
If it still goes cloudy, its because the powder is stuffed.
I was checking ahead of time so I had an idea of what to do.

just put some paper towels in the botton of the pot, fill with water and put your vial about 3/4 of the way up to the top.....then boil for how ever long you want to boil it....then let it cool,
