Stats now are 27 yrs old, 6'1 190lbs about 10-12% bf. I plan to run the following. Diet and workout routine are in check. Thanks any input welcome

HGH- For as long as I can with cycle and continue after

1-12 Test Cypionate 250-500 MG/ WK
1-12 Tren Enanthate 200-400 MG/WK
6-12 Winny 50MG/ED
1-12 Arimidex .25 MG/ED/ WK (To keep water retention low, and any other possible sides during cycle under control. If not need let me know. Thanks)

PCT Nolva Clomid

12 40MG 100MG ED

13 30MG 50MG ED

14 20MG 50MG ED

Should I include HCG in this cycle? If so how or where should I include it? I was thinking something like 400IUs every 5th day during cycle.

pct - bad. wait 2 weeks after test, and stop the tren a week before the test.

have you cycled before? and those doses are extremely wide ranged

Why are you running Test E and Test C together ?, that makes no sense. Just run one or the other, they are pretty much exactly the same thing

pick a consistant dosage id go test 500/tren400 if the dosage u put above are your chosen range. id think about this winny 8-14(if u going 7 weeks ..which is fine imo) ..start pct end of week 14 (after done winny & 14 days post inj test/tren ) pct should run 4 weeks min imo...maybe longer (5-6) if necessary and may be using tren/test combo for 12 weeks. hcg -imo on entire cycle no ...weeks 11-14 500iu- 2x/week if u r gonna use it ..... with your concerns /sides dex is fine at dosage you listed ...

at the post i think you should be exact with the dosages!i heard tren really gives harsh sides so if its your first time with tren then you better be safe than sorry!

we need more info? how many cycles have your ran before? at 6'1 and 190, this cycle is not really needed. you need to bulk more. Unless you have different goals... in that case.. what are they?

like T said, stop the tren a week or 2 before the Test. i prefer 2 weeks.

start your PCT 2 weeks after last shot of test

HCG should be included since your running Tren,
500IUS shot 2 times a week. for the last 2 weeks of cycle
and the same dose for the first 2 weeks of PCT

you need to pick your doses? id do 500 test and 500 tren
but! it depends on your goals.

your PCT should be longer
wk 1-2 clomid 100mg ed
wk 3-4 clomid 100mg ed

wk 1-2 nolva 40mg ed
wk 3-4 nolva 20mg ed

i dont see Test E on the list? unless he edited it to Tren E

have you used tren before? if not i would suggest trying tren ace 1st, if sides are unbearable at least you can stop the tren a and be clear in a couple of days, with the tren e you will have a couple of weeks.

I'm going to run test cypionate @ 500mg/ wk for 12 weeks and tren enanthate @ 400mg/wk for 10 wks along with arimidex throughout @ .25mg ed. What do you guys think of Anthony Roberts PCT? This will be my 2nd cycle first was 12 wks test e @ 400mg/ wk and 8 wks deca 200mg/ wk with clomid and nolva for pct for 4wks. This was about 2 yr. ago... My growth is glotropin will be starting at 2ius for 2wks and ramp up depending on sides but doing the 5 on 2 off.

could you not get enough of one test? run a higher dose of one will produce the same results as using the two and cutting the dose in half for each one. Personally for pct If I use hcg I dont include clomid. my personal fav is hcg, nolva, aromasin .
