I am taking sustanon 250 1ml everyweek, I am going on my 4th week, my diet is good I am taking 2g of protein per body weight. Eating about 9 meals a day. But I have not seen or felt any difference on strenght. Actually I've been feeling down. I felt lost of strenght. My drive has gone down also. Any advise.

your taking 250mg/week which is not enough, you want to shoot at least 500mg/week, and also with sust you want to shoot e.o.d not weekly, try 125mg(1/2 ml) eod. Sustanon has short esters as well as long and many say it should be active quickly but personally i don't feel sust properly until 4 weeks+. The reason your feeling bad is because your blood levels are all over the place, shooting eod will stabilise this.

ive done the whole 250mgs a week sus cycle and it kicked arse........
hes not really gonna peak from shooting 1ml/ week theres only 30mg prop in sust, like i said he needs to shoot more gear and eodQuote:

After you up it you should feel it in the first two weeks. let us know how thing are going. I have had good results with sus 250.. but it seemed like deca let me down.
i am doing sust. eod and it took about four wks to start results, i dont like sust. but had gear and wanted to use and not waste so i am. wont use it again but sust. for me needed to be eod. deca with it does well also
