    lat or tri injection input..

    so iam getting sick of injecting my glutes and delts and thighs hurt way to much so thats out of the question.. thinking lats or tri but i would like some input from experence. thanks.

    Lats and tri's are fine, chest is easy too. Bi's are something to think about as well but I wouldn't recommend calves.

    I did calves and it was a huge regret for about a week. Chest is good too. Although it scared me I thought I was getting gyno it ended up just being bruising or something

    Tris are easy. Ive never done lats so cant comment. I used to hit biceps but always hitting nerves and too much post injection pain for me. Pecs are easy as well.
