Minor abscess on my glute...

I took a shot of some very dense Primo, 250mg/ml, I put 2ml's in that cheek about 2 weeks prior, and it just hurt like hell. This time I put 1ml and it didn't treat me so nice. I've had a lump for the past 4-5 days, and it's barely red. Should I take antibiotics or do I have to drain it with an 18G?

do not drain it! that could lead to infection

if it's not red or hot to the touch, you'll be fine. Just let the stuff absorb
