Ok, here is the new plan
for my first cycle, strictly test cyp, and d bol
anastrozole to stop the e
and Nolvaldex with hcg for pct
also for normal sups, just protein shakes and creatine
this sound about right, it seems the more I read the more people have different views

age
bf
diet
cycle history
training history....

i planed on test, at 500mg a week, and d-bol 3 pills aday and 10 per pill, the test will run 10 weeks, and the dbol either 4 or 6

the test shots 3 times a week at 200mg, 200mg, 100mg

cool thanks, yeah i'd much rather do 2 shots then 3, the needle fright seems to be the hard thing to get over, but if i can get through a prostate exam i can get through anything.
also it seems some start the hcg towards the end of a cycle and some only use it during pct. from research of the actual medical use it seems its ment for pct

also my current routine is thursday,friday, sat, sun, mon, off tuesday off wendsday, i sometimes have to switch one day because of work, is it better to have 2 days off in a row, or 2 on, 1 off, 3 on, 1 off, this is all for my 10 week cycle startin in january, im ready to get at it
