am currently running tren a and test prop..
am doing 100mg EOD and goin fine, but i did 2ml in my right delt and its abit sore still a few days later, i think 2ml was abit to much...
what are the limits for each part i.e glute is 3ml for me..

the above numbers will work, but keep in mind there is no "one size fits all" limit, it would greatly depend on the size of the muscle being injected. someone skinny with no real muscle mass who shouldn't even be using steroids (you guys know who you are) couldn't even go that high, where Ronnie Coleman could probably pump about a pint into each pec before it started to get uncomfortable lol.

Im able to put 3ml in my mid delt, but don't go over 1.5ml in my rear delts. 2ml doesn't sound like too much, but as Big said, everyone is different.
I do 4 at a time in my ass.
