cycle to bulk & rip?
Hello!!,
I'm into one doubt, I'm going to start my cycle on March but I dunno if I should start to rip right now or maybe would be better bulk till the cycle... I planned the following:
My cycle:
week 1-8 (750mg test-E + 50mg ED winny) => BULK-phase (3800kcals)
week 9-12 (only test-e 750mg) => BULK2RIP-phase for minimize low diet impact (3400kcals first week, 3000 2nd week, 2700kcals 3th week, 2500kcals 4th week)
week 13-20 (750mg test-E + 75ED tren -A) => RIP-phase (2100kcals) + Aerobic@140mhb 45mins
I'm @11% right now, but I phear loss some muscle if I rip without roids... What do you think guys is better? Should I use all 20 weeks to rip?

IMO, such low cals intake 2100 cals and 750 mg/Test /week is a COMPLETE waste.
at that much cals you'll not be able to bulk anything.
Here is what I'd do:
week 1-20 Test E 500mg/week
week 1-8 Tren A 75/mg/day
week 12-20 Winstrol 50 mg/ED
Regarding your cals intake, post your planned diet 1st. lets go over it.

Should We use less testo in a low diet intake? damn! I never heard that!
My diet is pretty simple,
kacls 3713,52 protein 336,356 carbs 458,552 fats 51,996
I use rice, turkey, protein shake, fish, eggs, etc. basically what all we use, and I reduce carbs little by little, and of course protein when I want reach 2100kcals... I mantain fats (good fats) @50-60gr always.

Yeah, of course, 2100 kcals (hi protein+ low carbs + moderated to low fats)

IMO 2100 cals is too low, if you were to go by 50/35/15 Pro/Carb/Fat
Then you'll have only 262 grams of pro/day, 184 grams of carbs, and 35 grams of fat.
I'd take it up to 325 grams of protein, 300 grams of carbs, and 60-70 grams of fat.
Don't foget that if your to use whey protein for 100 grams of ur intake then your actually getting about 70grams only.
and drop the carbs 50 grams every 2 weeks down to 150 grams after 6 weeks and just stay around 150-100 grams/day.

I've used 2100kcals @those pics and still with fat... I think I should use even lower kcals diet.
