    Question How long for water dissipate

    +Just started 12 week cycle of sus 250 need to know how long to loose water retention. Is there something else I could do to speed up process Diuretics?

    an ai like arimidex would help, I recommend starting dosages of .25mg eod.

    starting now would be fine, and you wouldn't need the arimidex during pct, just during the duration of the cycle. for pct I personally like nolva/clomid/aromasin .
    also make sure you drink plenty of water, and minimize sodium intake.
