With a cycle consisting of Deca and Test E, which do you prefer to run at a higher dose?

Personally I would run the deca higher, but that's just because it works for me. Many prefer test higher.

I must admit, I do like to keep the test slightly higher than Deca , not by a great deal though. Each to their own I suppose

depends....i dont have a rule but normally test ends up higher than deca ...not always the case with tren ...

im on test 500 deca 400, its working fine. remember the more you take increases sides, better to be reasonable.

my cycle was going to be a deca only cycle...but after much reading, i decided to add test e into the mix to keep the libido up, and to avoid deca dick. so my deca will remain at 450mg/week and test e will be 250mg/week.

12% body fat ----> 14%

However, I'm 6'3", so that body fat isn't noticeable at all, gonna shred it off this up coming March. This was obviously a bulking cycle and I was pulling about 5,500 cals a day.

I like the TEST a little higher.
DECA I run @ around 2mg per lb of bodyweight.

depends on the cycle I guess. If im cutting test would be lower. If im bulking test would be higher cause imo any more than 700mg ew of deca is worthless and I normally run no less than 700mg ew of test when Im bulking.

i'm running 500mg of test and 375mg deca injecting both twice a week. just started my 4th week and im seeing great results! strength and size! started @ 200lbs 9-10%bf start of week 4 im @ 205lbs 8%bf. squat is up hundred pounds easy and it'll just keep on getting better since i'll be on for 16 weeks

Higer test doses lead to more estrogen, which if running a 19-nor can lead to more progestin problems...

Let the 19-nor do its job, and put the strength and weight on you....

low test =less estrogen + high 19-nor= less sides...

^^^ esp true with tren as far as doing its job re: gains..... and with deca as well although gains not as dramatic IMO... test/19nor dosage ratio never enters into my equation regarding cycle (provided min reasonable test levels run)

obviously everyone is different, but personally I have run 250mg/week test and 600mg/week deca and loved it.

agreed, test only needs to be 150-250 when using 19nor compounds such as deca or tren , they will be the hero ingredient to your cycle. Test i think, sould only supplement your drop in natural test shutdown when using deca or tren.

If you Decide to run it at Test 250 Deca 450 you should do fine just enough test to stop the deca dick. Looks good.

that is just not true. an hrt dose of test(150mg-200mg ew) is all that is needed to keep libido issues at bay.

i always run test higher then 19 nors (deca or tren ) simple because i like test more..for me test blows me up like no other.. tren gets me harder and stronger but its like amped up winny for me.. and deca puffs me up.. i tried lower test once and just didnt grow like i wanted and didnt look as "jacked" but each to his own that is what works for me were all diff
