According to the company website the acive ingredient in their "SleepTabs" is 25mg of doxylamine succinate, the "SleepGels" have 50mg of diphenhydramine hydrochloride, and the "SleepMelts" have 25mg of diphenhydramine hydrochloride.

The active ingredient in Benadryl (Brand Name) is diphenhydramine hydrochloride in varying dosages and of course there are generic brands of diphenhydramine hydrochloride.
