Hope this doesn't violate any source policies...
I'm doing some traveling soon, and wondered if anyone knows of any decent vacation spots that sell gear through pharmacies? I know Mexico used to be an easy spot to pick them up, but remember hearing a lot of bunk stuff coming from there in recent history... Any thoughts?
