I am currently injecting 2ml every monday and 1ml thursday to get my 750mg every week, but how do you recommend me to do it? I have my test in ampules and I am not able to shoot 1,5ml monday and thursday.

Preload your syringes so you can balance out your injection volumes.

Well, it's not ideal, but if it's your only alternative...? Your levels will fluctuate somewhat, but I guess you have no choice if you're going to run your cycle.

Can he buy sterile vials and transfer them over? Just asking. This is what I would attempt to do.
Just get a big 50 ml sterile vial. Get you a few 20 ml syringes and some 18g needles. Draw with one needle and transfer with another and make sure to wipe the top of the stopper with alcohol of course.
You will need an extra needle in the sterile vial as a breather.
