Anavar cycle - strenght, cutting - doubts!
Hi guys,
I've just bought anavar because I've read that you can cut while gaining strenght. I am now wondering how to organise my training to do the best use of it.

i've begun looking for some information but i get different opinions (like you need /don't need pct, you can train more / train as when off, you should eat a medium, diet / you should eat very few calories)...well those 3 are the worst doubts
my stats are
178 cm, 177 lbs, 16% bodyfat

Also, 16%bf is too high to start a cycle IMO. Especially at 5'9" and 177lbs. Also, I am against an oral-only cycle. Research oral only cycles and you will realize that adding test can do a world of difference. How old are you?

I am 28 yo. Well I'm not trying to bulk but to cut and (or) add strenght and I was curious about anavar .
The problem is that since I have a very skinny frame, if I don't eat I don't progress, if I eat I become fat...
I don't want to use test because I 've had a lot of acne last time and it still isn't gone(plus some gino)...so I don't want to do a strong cycle again, just a small cycle for strenght and to lose some fat
while you don't think anavar alone is ok?

I would post your diet (what you eat every day) in the diet section and we will critique it. Make sure to put the macros (cals, protein, carbs, fat) down. I have always been very thin, but since learning how to diet have been able to add significant amounts of muscle. In my experience 90% of the time the problem is in the diet. Anavar alone is ok if that's what you want to do, I just won't recommend it. What was your last cycle?

my last cycle (second) was sustanon 375mg/week and boldenone 400mg/week and it didn't work plus I've got too many sides( I became fat, got pimples and some gino)
first time nandrolone decanoate 200mg/week and winstrol (I think 20mg/day) and it worked with no side effects

You got fat on that cycle? EQ is known for giving no bloat and lean gains and that is a low dose of test. I would read up on diet, training and supplementation before I would touch steroids again.

DC style training to the T., Mon, Wed, Fri, cardio tues-thurs empty stomach low intensity.
Workout 1A:
Chest- Hammer Strength Horizontal press
Shoulders- Hammer Strength overhead press
Triceps- Reverse Grip benches on smith machine
Back Width- Hammer strength Behind neck pulldowns
Back Thickness- DB rows
Workout 2A:
Quads- Barbell Squats
Hams - Laying leg curls
Calves- seated calve raises
Biceps- preacher curls
Workout 1B:
Chest: Weighted Dips
Shoulders: Smith Machine OHP
Triceps: CG bench on smith
Back Width: CG pulldowns
Back Thickness: Floor deads
Workout 2B:
Quads: Leg Press
Hams: SLDL
Calves: calve raises on leg press
Biceps: incline db curls
Workout 1C:
Chest - slight incline on smith
