thanks for respnding, as this is my firsttime doin any gear , and im 40, im just using sust 250. 500 pr week. i was thinkin in the range of 12 to 14 weeks. i dropped cardio, but now im thinkin that 20 minutes after a workout would be ok and 30 to 45 on days off !
im eating 2 cups of oat meal and a banana 2 eggs for breakfast, with 30 grams of protien , then about an hour later i go to the gym. imediately after the gym i drink a shake , and eat a can of tuna , or a big turkey sandwich. acouple hours later ill eat a chicken breast, followed by a apsta dinner with either tuna or turkey in it. then ill snack on nuts and heathy cerial between meals.
what do you suggest for pct, i was thinkin of just dropping to 1 shot of sust (250 ) per week ....... whats your sugestions
