    ok so im new here....help with a schedual.

    hi im 40 years old , train hard, fought the earge to use gear all my life . i just started 4 weeks a go my first cycle of sust 250. im doin 250 every 3 days, and i eat as much as i can!!!
    im really wanting to have a awesome workout schedual, and wondering if anyone has an opinion on what to do , as this is my first time , i dont want to over , or under train!!! i want to get bigger, but i dont wanna look like a blow fish!!! thanks

    Welcome.
    20%bf is a bit high to cycle, what is your planned cycle and pct?

    thanks for respnding, as this is my firsttime doin any gear , and im 40, im just using sust 250. 500 pr week. i was thinkin in the range of 12 to 14 weeks. i dropped cardio, but now im thinkin that 20 minutes after a workout would be ok and 30 to 45 on days off !
    im eating 2 cups of oat meal and a banana 2 eggs for breakfast, with 30 grams of protien , then about an hour later i go to the gym. imediately after the gym i drink a shake , and eat a can of tuna , or a big turkey sandwich. acouple hours later ill eat a chicken breast, followed by a apsta dinner with either tuna or turkey in it. then ill snack on nuts and heathy cerial between meals.
    what do you suggest for pct, i was thinkin of just dropping to 1 shot of sust (250 ) per week ....... whats your sugestions

    The diet section might help you...but whats your goal as far as the steroids are concerned?..Your BF is high...so sust really wouldn't be my first choice....How much thought did you put into this? How much research?

    NO do a correct pct. Go to PCT thread and read the basics. As far as workout diet questions id go to that section and repost.

    Where does it say he's 20% BF? Maybe in another post? Im not seeing it.
