Looking to bulk up. I weigh 148 im 5' 10" not sure about body fat but it cant be much. I have trouble gaining weight. Im 18 and just unhappy with my body. I have been weight training for 4 years through highschool football. now its over and I havent been working out and planing on starting a cycle and lifting daily starting end of this week. I have never taken anything before and not sure where to get anything along wih how to use it diet wise and what i should take and dose wise. please help me. contact me Edited or just drop a post. thanks.
