Help with cycle
Looking to bulk up. I weigh 148 im 5' 10" not sure about body fat but it cant be much. I have trouble gaining weight. Im 18 and just unhappy with my body. I have been weight training for 4 years through highschool football. now its over and I havent been working out and planing on starting a cycle and lifting daily starting end of this week. I have never taken anything before and not sure where to get anything along wih how to use it diet wise and what i should take and dose wise. please help me. contact me Edited or just drop a post. thanks.

Bro,
I was totally where you are at when I was 18...I graduated high school at 6'4 and 156lbs.......
You are too young for steroids man, so don't do it yet.
Eat more. Take some Creatine.
And hold off a few years, then cycle!
You'll thank me later.
Also.....it takes a while to find a good source. No one on the forums here are going to post a source, but I sure wouldn't be using stuff you find on google.

you are no wher near ready for a cycle, you are not eating enough. U need to eat correct, train smart ie down overtrained and rest to grow.
Whats your diet and training programme like? You natural test levels will be high at ur age so u will not need aas.
Eat 4000kcals a day high protein, sleep 8+ hours only train body parts once a week. And do heavy good form squats,deads and bench
