propose some sort of cycle to start with,for starters look to do 12-14 weeks, use two-three compounds, bulking compounds, u have listed many cutting steroids, and post your stats and cycle history, the guys will have more to work on then, and u will receive plenty advice

a lad at the gym is on a sus and deck cycle and androl he is 18 and blew up big time but bet its all water as he was a skinny rat 8 weeks ago??? he has no clue what he is doing and i said what pct you doing he said wtf is a pct :lol:
oh dont want to run a cycle no more then 12 weeks .......
my current cycle is a cutter i have 4 weeks left i have gained well over 1 stone in muscle and losed bf when i started i was a 34" waist now iam a 31" waist... and starting to see my abs poping out.... so as a cutter it worked well i would say... i was to fatt to start the cycle in the first place but just went for it as cycles help me loose weight...
after pct will be on clen untill next cycle so geting cut up as much as poss ready for a bulker.... so thats were i need your help guys got a good 4 months to get a mega cycle sorted...
