    What are your stats?

I used to train all bodyparts twice a week when I was smaller. Even before AAS. But when I got bigger, the weight and intensity needed to fully exhaust my muscle created more of a strain on my central nervous system. I could tell I was not recovering completely between workouts. Then I switched up to once a week per body part. And the growth continues.

You might be able to get away with training your bi's or tri's or other smaller muscles twice a week here and there, but don't overdo the practice. You aren't going to grow more without the time needed for recuperation. Remember, muscles grow during rest. Definitely don't go hard and heavy with legs or back twice a week.
