cycle help please

hey guys starting new cycle of test e and tren mil of each shot twice a week so going to have to shoot 4 times a week how shall i do this jst spread them evengly or another way help would be appreciated guys

ok well age 23 about 14 and half stone round abouts that mark seems lately its up and down a few pounds body fat erm id say around 15% cycle experience done 2 cycles now this my 3rd theyve consisted of sus and decca 1mil of each shot twice a week for about 9 weeks then moved on tren as you no its faster acting diet hmmm try my hardest for about 3 and half thou callories a day trained since i was about 18 but only serious for about 3 years

Try injecting 250 tren and 250 test x2 each week, say on Mon and Thursday..
