yeh ive seen jabbing pics that show 2 different descent pinning spots on 1 leg so theoretically i think you could jab 4 spots succesfully
thats what i was thinking. i really didnt wana to do delt injects
My first cycle I was only comfortable with quad shots and that's all I used. I've since used just about every muscle group possible, and delts are by far my favorite. Yes you could just use quads, but I'm betting if you get comfortable with other sites you will be glad you did.
Hell yeah, the quads offer 8 injection sites....so you could easily rotate just your quads...

thansk for the responces.. for me it just easier and i can see everythign that i am doing you know.. gluts and delts just look tougher, but if i am ever planning on use test prop soon i hve to get used to other sites i suppose
yeh i hear people on prop pinning chest n calves etc cant imagine anything uncomfortable as sticking a pin in your chest ouch! 8 sites you got got an image of the 8 sites in the quad that are descent to pin?
yeah i have seen ppl pinning their chest.. ouch
Chest is one of my favorite places....i inject in all the following: bis, chest, calves, quads, hips, glutes....this provides me plenty of places to pin.....
what do you use 1 inch ?
1 inch is fine for pretty much everywhere except glutes, where 1 1/2 inch is best
got cha. my next shot is thursday so i might just try and do delt this time to see how it is
