i'm guessing the guys on here would say that's a pretty low dose but i made pretty good gains with 300mg a week. then again i wasn't necessarily trying to get huge.. but yeah i put on some muscle and got stronger etc not to mention the over all feeling of well being while on.
u'd be better off running it for 12weeks. but yes some1 on 500mg wk with a crap diet will not gain as much as some1 on 250mg with a very good diet.

500mg/wk 10-12wks. It's a predictable response, but it's the best "beginners cycle". I gained 25lbs on this for my first cycle, kept 15-18 (at the time my PCT was only Clomid - worth taking note of this and learn before your own). You could also run exact same for second cycle and gain another 20lb.
All other factors being equal. Diet, rest, training, etc etc.

for a newbie, yes. it's an increase in the bodies test, so you will def see an inmprovement, but it's really up to you on how much....diet, training, rest etc....
My first cycle was 100mg of cyp e5d. I got ripped because I started looking at carbs for the first time and I uped my cardio. Strength went up too. Second was 250mg test e6d with some winny at the end and I blew up. I trained my ass off and my diet was very good. If you do the same you will see good gains from your proposed cycle. Is your pct lined up yet?
I took this at first glance as "I want to get huge". My error.
Having said that anyway, diet decides mass gained. You could still run 500 and gain good strength, whilst keeping the weight down.
Or, yes, as mentioned previously regarding the 250. Waste of time though imo.
Maybe in your opinion it is. But, in my experience it is not.
Agree with HDiesel, known quite a few people who made some great gains at 250 per week.
Start a with lower amounts, you can always add more if you want.
No point in jumping off the end of a bridge with out checking the depth of the water first.
To do anything else, would be reckless.
I would look at what goals you want to meet and do some more research before you start. I think you will be better off with 500 a week with a good diet, but you really need to have your body precent around 10% or less to around 15% before you start. good luck
Funny thing, everyone I know who as ever ran it at 200-300 per week says they had great results. Just curious if you guys who are saying it's a waste of time tried it and didnt make gains or are you just speculating? I dont mean that in a rhetorical sense, I would really like to hear how you arrived at your conclusions.
yepp u should as long as your diet and training is is check, up the dose slightly.
I've done 2 cycles now. one was 200mg of test prop for 10 weeks and one was 300mg of test e for 15 weeks. i got great results.... but i can not wait to do my next cycle where i'm gonna run the test at about 500-600mg a week
I am not saying it is a waist of time, but then I dont know what his goals are and where he wants to be after his cycle. Juice is never a wasit of time unless you dont do it right or come off of it right..
Outweighing the debate. Positives to negatives.
The majority who quote "I had great results" from 250. What equates "great results"? What makes one so pleased with their results? Little muscle mass and strength gained? No, muscle and strength is what concludes "I had great results". And to extend further... "I had great results WITH minimal side effects".
500mg/wk will give you the same conclusion... WITH minimal side effects.
And for the record, the majority (notice I state majority and not all) who run the small doses usually "can't wait for their next cycle at 500mg/wk".

I know some who have made great gains off of low doses, it's dependent on the individual.
slow down fireguy maybe don't sound like goals to me...before using you need to know what you want before you start.

I'd say 250mg/week is ok. But if you just want to put on a few lbs and get pumps and strength, I'd try an NO product before jumping on the juice bro.
If that's not what you're looking for, then go with the 250mg/week. I personally did around 300mg/week of prop and had very minimal gains. I am on 600mg/week test e and am making great gains with the same diet. But, as said, everyone is different. Do what works for you.
