i dont think it really matters, its going to get absorbed regardless. how much are you planning of taking?
just 20mg day to lower shbg.
somtimes orals upset your belly so havin a lil bite will help and prob absorb better?? maybe sombody else chime in

I think it depends if you have a weak stomach and it bothers you. But taken with food always helps with absorption.
Agreed. Just like a multivitamin, and most vitamins for that matter, they are recommended to be taken with food to prevent any stomach pain from occuring.Quote:

Actually this is a great question. Foods with some drugs decreases the rate and extent of absorption , but in other cases food enhances it. I have no idea with winstrol. Ialways take my orals with meals and they def work.
