this is my cycle.. was wondering if everything is in order...

week 1-12 test e 500mg front load 1000mg
week 1-10 deca 400 mg per week
week 1-5 dianabol 40mg per day
week 1-12 arimidex .5mg per day
weeks 9-12 winstrol 50 mg per day

pct 3 weeks after last test shot

nolva 20mg per day for 5 weeks
hcg 500iu twice a week for 3 weeks
vitamin 3 1000 iu ed for 5 weeks

i am keeping letro on hand for gyno issues...

am i missing anything??

id bump the deca back to week 11 (it will clear system by pct and i love the winny deca synergy). Also dex ed may be overkill but u know body better than i re estro....better safe than sorry. Id beef up pct with clomid as well and start it 14 days post last test e inj ...run the dex up to pct (not to insinuate u dont know this just saying) hcg last week of cycle and first 2 before pct ...your dosage is good (i actually run it last 2 of cycle and first 2 before pct -4 weeks total) Pct id recommend is clomid 100/50/50/50 nolva 40/20/20/20 - 4 weeks like that ..not 5 of just nolva.

You could shorten the Dianabol duration to 4 weeks...I'd rather run Winstrol for longer, so begin it in week 7 if possible.

Everything else looks fine, but what is vitamin 3 in your PCT?
