id recommend 30 mgs /day broken up into 3 10mg doses.

i personally would take 50mg's per day for the first four weeks then cut out the D-bol. Continue taking about 500mg's of test/week. This is about the norm. Cut the d-bol after a month as this will be your loading period.

A ugl could produce them in any strength they wanted really. Usually dbols I've seen are 5, 10, or 50mg pills.
You need to find out for sure what you have, you can easily damage yourself if you don't. 5mg and 50mg are common, if someone tells you they are 5mg and they are actually 50mg, you could end up taking 500mg/day. not good.
